Slider press behavior

This setting controls what happens when the slider is pressed. When the slider is used to adjust the temperature setpoint and power limit for Ztove cookware, it is possible to press the slider to achieve a single beep and a double beep.

The default behavior is:

  • Single beep

    • Change power limit on zone

  • Double beep

    • Change temperature setpoint from 20°C to 220°C

This setting allows the user to switch this behavior.

The possible options are:

  • Set power first (default)

  • Set temperature first

Show slow heating warning

If a low power limit has been selected and the temperature setpoint has been set to something very hot, then Ztove may take a very long time to reach the temperature setpoint. If this happens then Ztove will alert the user with a "Slow heating warning" that prompts them to select a higher power limit. However, some users may intentionally choose a lower power limit. This setting allows the user to select if they want to see "Slow heating warning" or not.

Possible options are:

  • Yes (default)

  • No
